Why does Obama continue to blame Bush and the Republicans for the 2009 budget deficit?

Doentation and History speaks for itself. The Bush era started the the deceit fire burning, and it continues to do so as we speak. The Bush Decifit was inherited to Obama. I never heard Obama say he blames Bush for the deceit, however the blame is a given "BUSH".
