What dose this context mean?

I guess you have to know about Cirque du Soleil...its more of a psychodelic show than a circus really. At the heart (meaning the main part) of the circus is their performance, which is how they display their crazy exotic lights and the music (it gets ur heart pumpin) and the acrobats.
