What sort of titles entitle you to not have to kneel before the Pope?

Well, I'm atheist, so I don't need to kneel to the pope, that's a good title right there. I'm not so sure about the queen for me personally, although, I really wouldn't mind it.. However that is also a chance to get an eyeful of ancient queen so I would probably rather avoid that.
