Is it normal to feel smug when an ex wife hits hard times?

My ex wife drove me to bankruptcy and left in adultery 6 years ago. I have since repaired my credit, bought a house, and am doing very well. She on the other hand, I am told, had kids from her lover, was abused by him, having both her arms broken, and has been abandoned by him, to fend for herself and the children. Is it normal for me to feel smug of her suffering?
