K.. so now whaat?

this may be a lil long.. but please keep on reading. so i like this kid he likes me too. he asked me out one time i said i don't know; we havnt hung out since then. i always ask him to hang out he says he wants to but then has some lame excuse of why he can't. i've asked him b4 if he really likes me or not beacuse it doesn't seem like it; he always says yeah i do. he knows i like him. and he always tells my friend next time we hang out hes gunna ask me out. but he never can hang out! and then when hes on myspace he NEVER comments me i always have to comment him first [[ whic i've only done like 2 times beacuse i think he should do it frist]] so then he invted me to his housel ast weekend and said he would call me.. i messaged him on myspace and said are we hanging out tomarrow or not becuse if not i'm going to the movies wiht people.. he said " my mom said i can't hang out toamrrow so you can just go" and i said to him "okkk no shocker there" he didn't say anything back the next day in
