I have been suffering from heavy stiff neck pain about two years ago...Doctor said I have Hypertension and liv

As for the past one week I stopped taking my Atenolol pills and just leave without any pills...My medical check show I am on a hihg blood Pressure wher my BP is always unstable...ranges between 148/110...Some time I do neck mage...pls advise...thanks
