I did a hair treatment, and my hair got extremely oily and won't dry.?

My mom gave me this organic hemp hair treatment I tried it in my hair. The thing is I went to wash it out and it won't come out. I waited over night, and my hair didn't even dry. I tried washing it out this morning and it still oily and its super thick and gross please I need help how do I get it out. I can't blow dry my hair cause it is extremely greasy. I need to get it out of my hair asap.
