Contractions and....?

So im 34 weeks pregnant and ive started having real labor contractions. Ill be 35 weeks soon. When i went to the hospital per dr orders they gave me two shots to stop my contractions but they didnt work and they didnt want to give me a third shot. They said by 35 weeks they wouldnt do anything to stop it and they would just let me have her. What can i do to progress labor and to get her out? And please dont yell or gripe at me. Thanks
