Can he stop me from leaving?

So heres the story. Im married to a man in the US army. I cheated on him with my ex (( not one of my finest moments and im paying for this now)) Anyways and I got pregnant. My husband has forgiven me and were working it out.. the baby is due in October and im moving back to hawaii in march of 09' My ex does not think I have any rights to move out of state with our child.. so my question is do i have rights to move out of state so i can live with my husband whose in the military? It makes sense if i was taking him oversees but im not.. Anyways any help you have for this please i need it all! He is going to see a lawyer sometime this week and i just want to know along the lines of what that lawyer is going to tell him he can do. And if I can legally move.
