Do all left & right-wingers seem like they're members of the tin-foil hat brigade, or is it just Y!A?

Both right and left here and most places are pretty deluded. Both believe government can do more and be more than it actually can. The left is far worse with the delusion that government can care for people and the right is worse believing it can protect people far more than it does or can.
