What are some ways that can help me calm my nerves?

Usually whenever i get nervous or something i start to feel really sick. such as my stomach gets real queasy, i have hot flashes, and anxious. and if i have anything in my stomach i will sometimes throw it up depending on how stressed i am. I feel really bad and just wish it would go away it doesn't go away until i have either done whatever i was nervous about but i cant always just go and do whats making me nervous. so anyone have tips on how i can just relax and calm my nerves? it would be really helpful for me :) thanks.
