Does anyone know the Isle of Capri Casino comp rate?

And, if I put $500 in a poker machine, then cash out 5 minutes later, does the full $500 count towards comps? I am usually a pretty small time player, but they have been sending me free meal and $10 cash coupons. Just wanting to know if I can up the comps easily. Thanks in advance, Dean
