If Taiwan allows "free speech", why don't they allow billboards of Chairman Mao?

I have never seen a billboard of Chairman Mao in Taiwan. Why is this repression of civil liberties allowed in a "free society"? What is Taiwan's government afraid of? Taiwan needs a communist revolution. Red Taiwan!

Choosing 4 Cal State Universities?

I'm trying to narrow down my cal state list. So far i have sonoma state, csu fullerton, csu northridge, and humboldt state. Please provide any insight on these schools. Dorms, campus life, academics, anything i should be warned about Gpa 3.4 (weighted) sat 1530 2 clubs 2 other volunteer programs over 100 hrs of community service done. Would Liberals Favor Strong Governmental Control Over Religion?

Since liberals generally hate Christians, would liberals favor the Federal government taking control of churches and force them into accepting abortion, performing gay marriages and prosecute churches that preach against things liberals support? Also, would liberals favor forcing Catholic and other faith based hospitals and faithful medical professionals to perform abortions?
